1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NaZaVPN (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NaZaVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our secure servers. The Service is available on iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows platforms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

The Service may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to premium features such as higher speeds, more server locations, and unlimited data.

5.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select. Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other third-party payment providers.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.

5.4 Refunds

Refund policies are governed by the respective app store through which you purchased the subscription. Please refer to Apple's or Google's refund policies for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in any illegal activity
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Sending unsolicited communications (spam)
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
• Sharing your account with unauthorized third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by NaZaVPN or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Connection speeds and availability may vary depending on your location and network conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NaZaVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NaZaVPN, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
